If you use this Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Platform only with involvement of a parent or guardian. The Chennai School of Banking and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
The Chennai School of Banking allows you to make available text, video, chat, images, other content posted by you (“User Generated Content”) on the Platform, which shall be accessible and viewable by others in the public. You agree to the following:
(i) you are not a minor or you are the parent/guardian of all minors depicted in your User Generated Content, if any;
(ii) you have the full right, power and authority to grant the rights described in this User Generated Content clause;
(iv) you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses and permission including without limitation, all intellectual property rights contained in the User Generated Content without the need for payment to any other person or entity, to use such content;
(v) you hereby acknowledge and agree for The Chennai School of Banking to use your User Generated Content for internal purposes including but not limited to product/service development and improvisation;
(v) the Licensed Parties’ use of your User Generated Content as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party, or any law, rule or regulation, including but not limited to consumer protection, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary or other rights and laws;
(vi) the User Generated Content is not confidential, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful; and
(vii) You hereby fully release, discharge and agree to hold The Chennai School of Banking, and any person or entity acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to The Chennai School of Banking’s use of your User Generated Content and your name and/or likeness for any internal purposes.
User Generated Content posted on the Platform directly by you is not pre-screened or approved by The Chennai School of Banking. The Chennai School of Banking has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content on the Platform. The Chennai School of Banking may terminate your account and access to the Platform if your User Generated Content violates these conditions, including unlawful postings or content without prior notice to you. The Chennai School of Banking is not responsible for, and does not endorse or guarantee, the opinions, views, advice, or recommendations posted or sent by users.
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information on the Platform including the Blog pages. The Chennai School of Banking does not guarantee the authenticity of such information and is not responsible for it either. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant The Chennai School of Banking and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

We generally do not provide a refund as we give enough test material to users on the Platform before an upgrade. Hence, all payments will be final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain plans. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, we will be happy to discuss this with you to help resolve the issue in anyway we can. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a refund/cancellation request.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to The Chennai School of Banking or to products/services you purchase through The Chennai School of Banking or your having violated or threatened to violate The Chennai School of Banking’s intellectual property rights, then the same shall be submitted to arbitration of courts in Bangalore, India only.
