IBPS RRB Office Assistant Eligibility:

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a government-recognized University.
  • Local language Proficiency.

IBPS RRB Clerk Selection Process

  • The bank exam syllabus for most of the banking sector exams is quite similar. Candidates who are looking forward to apply for the upcoming IBPS RRB Officer Assistant exam must carefully go through the syllabus and exam pattern for the exam.

The selection process for the exam comprises two stages:

(i) IBPS RRB Office Assistant Prelims Exam

(ii) IBPS RRB Office Assistant Mains Exam

IBPS RRB Office Assistant (multipurpose) Prelims Exam Pattern

A composite time of 45 minutes is provided to candidates to complete two sections namely Reasoning and Numerical Ability. Candidates must clear the cut-off of each section. The cut-off for each section is decided by the team of IBPS depending on the level of difficulty of the paper

  • Total marks 80, covered by two sections.
  • No sectional timing.
  • Negative marks – 0.25 for each wrong answer.

Both sectional cut-off and overall cut-off are applicable. The prelims cleared candidates will attend the mains exam.
